Nadico is proud to continue opening new directions in design solutions hand in hand with Goodman, with the realisation of basic and executive projects of the FIRST MULTILEVEL LOGISTICS BUILDING IN SPAIN with the capacity to accommodate up to 4 tenants with different activities.
We developed the 32,000 m² project on two levels, thus increasing the overall capacity of the project and reducing land consumption.
The ground floor comprises of 17,500 m² of logistics space with a free height of 10.5 meters and 22 loading docks. The second level, accessed by vehicles via a ramp, consists of 13,500 m² and 28 docks.
It is a complex slab structure with large bays (17x12m) to withstand punctual overloads of 10 tons and its corresponding forklift traffic and an area destined for the outer truck loading area.
Due to higher requirements in land-use efficiency and with the accreditation of “exceptionality status” regarding the regulations (RSCIEI) with a performance study directed by Goodman, the challenge of being able to accommodate different users at different levels has been achieved.
The building also has 1,400 m² of flexible office space for all tenants.
In addition, the project is a responsible commitment to the environment in line with initiatives such as the BREEAM Excellent certificate.
