Today we present a free-standing industrial building project currently under construction in Daganzo (Madrid); It will have a total surface area of 4,560.28 m² and a height of 10.60 m.
It will have 6 loading docks on its west facade, a vehicle access with ramp and a pedestrian access to the offices.
On the East Facade it will have 3 sectional doors for cargo containers, allowing trucks to enter the interior of the warehouse.
Inside the industrial building a light substructure will be installed for the storage of equipment and materials for the operation of the activity.
