This is how the expansion works of the logistics building that the company MANGO has in Lliçà d’Amunt (Barcelona) have advanced to date. This state-of-the-art center currently has a constructed area of 190,000 m² and an extension of 90,000 m² is being carried out following the current typology and aesthetics.
Thanks to MANGO for trusting in #Nadico for the realization of the preliminary project, the development of the projects (basic and executive), the construction management, the Project Management, the previous fire prevention report and the activity communication regime.
The extension has been carried out with technical solutions adapted to the complex performance study that governs the entire warehouse, providing the building with greater fire safety.
The entire process, from its beginning (conception of the project) to the delivery of the building, is being managed using BIM methodology, optimizing the processes in a single model, integrating all the participating agents and supporting intralogistics coordination.
