This month we were finally able to deliver to Goodman the second fully legalized multi-level-multi-client logistics building in Spain. The building has been designed and executed under the technical direction of Nadico.
Located in the logistics center of Castellbisbal, fifteen kilometers from Barcelona, it is close to two major communication routes: the Mediterranean motorway (AP-7) and the Baix Llobregat motorway (A-2).
The multilevel platform has a total constructed area of 26,400 square meters distributed in two floors – with 13,200m²/floor area and an interior free height of 10,5 m/floor -. It has a parking floor for light vehicles and heights for office use.
The multi-level-multi-client building has been designed with special technical solutions:
- Structural calculation of both independent vertical warehouses for the operation of two different tenants.
- Definition of two independent vertical warehouses for the operation of two different tenants
- Accessibility to the loading and unloading docks of the first floor through ramp for the traffic of goods trailer.
Goodman remains at the forefront betting on new types of buildings that allow to increase the logistic use in areas close to large population centers already consolidated.
