In this case, an detached industrial building with a constructed area of 19,000 m², which has been designed and developed using Building Information Modelling (BIM).
This technology, within a collaborative environment, allows a more efficient way of working, significantly reducing errors and conflicts between the different disciplines in the project phase, as well as reducing necessary project revisions during construction.
At the same time, this method offers a real and complete image of the whole project, which improves client communication and feedback.
