We delivered a new building designed by Nadico.
The building, with an area of about eleven thousand square meters, was designed for logistical use and was adapted in the course of the work to the demands of the new tenant. The new use, intended for production, required, among other things, the implementation of two bridge crane lines.
The warehouse, designed based on the sustainability criteria established by the BREEAM certificate, has obtained a very good rating. With these criteria, it is possible to reduce CO2 emissions, improve the well-being of users and extend the useful life of the building.
Nadico has also assumed the complete installation of the photovoltaic system including; evaluation, project, supply of all equipment, legal procedures, complete installation and commissioning
