Last week we completed delivery of a new commercial building for the food sector. The design is a free-standing rectangular building with a height of 9.50 meters. The architecture of the building is interpreted as a single volume without differentiation in height between the different sales and logistics activity areas. The façade has however been articulated to emphasise the different uses within the building, employing different façade treatments in different areas, such as a large, glazed section in the access to the sales area.

Food Sector Industrial Building
We have successfully completed the Projects, Construction Management and Construction Management of another free-standing industrial building for use in the food sector.
The project consisted of the design, development and construction of the industrial building including the urbanization and infrastructures inside the plot, as well as the connections and connections to the public distribution services.

The projected industrial warehouse is polygonal in shape, with two ‘L’ shaped bodies extending in the north-south and east-west directions, and a three-storey building at its north end, which is intended for administrative use related to the activity to be implemented in the building. The constructed area is 3,969 m² and the height of the building, measured from the midpoint of the access street façade to the top of the highest module is 12m.

New Food Sector Building
Last week we finished the construction of a new building. The building, for commercial use for the food sector, consists of a ground floor plan with a rectangular geometry. The facades are characterized by a large curtain wall that occupies the entire southeast façade and at the same time rotates along the southwest and northeast façade. Apart from this curtain wall, the remaining facades are formed by precast concrete panels.

Food Sector Project
In Nadico we design projects for any industrial sector, in this example for a food sector company.
The project consisted of the refurbishment of the installation of the cooking system for the cold meats delicatessen manufacturing process. The scope of the project included the installation of stainless steel tanks for cold water (t = 2ºC) and hot (t = 80ºC), a 1.9MW refrigeration installation (NH3-Glyco-water) and hot water for the cooking process, installation of steam 2,800 kg / h, control installation and electrical installation.
Food Sector Logistics Building
Today we present a logistics building for the food sector located in Azuqueca de Henares (Guadalajara). It is a 96,000 m² rectangular nave with 196 loading docks. Our technicians are carrying out the construction management, according to the executive project developed by us. The execution phase will be carried out in 10 months, following the agreed deadlines.
