Today we share a virtual tour of one of our architectural projects.
It is a polygonal building, with total measures of approximately 140 m longitudinally and 64 m transversely.
The isolated industrial building is understood as a single symmetrical element, in which the future logistics activity will be developed.
The facades of the nave will be through horizontal and vertical panels of prefabricated concrete lightened and grooved of 20 cm section, with painted finish in different colors to dynamize the composition of the façade.
At the formal level, we have worked with special interest the curved shapes of the corners, creating friendly shapes and breaking the volume with different horizontal stripes. On the main façade, the offices extend between the two main volumes, creating a tension between them. In the contact between the offices and these volumes, there are the pedestrian accesses, conceived as funnel-entrances surrounded by vegetation, and which later communicate with a transparent and luminous vertical communication core.
To have natural lighting inside the nave, there will be horizontal windows on all facades and skylights on the roof.
