It is the natural continuation of our <a href=\"https:\/\/nadico.net\/en\/servicio\/projects\/\">engineering and architecture projects<\/a>, although we also take on works designed by others.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Delivery models<\/h2>\n\n<h3>Site supervision (direcci\u00f3n de obra)<\/h3>\n<p>Works supervision, execution supervision and building services supervision by our own engineers and architects. We check that what is built matches the design, the regulations and the contract, manage changes and certify the executed works.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Construction Management<\/h3>\n<p>We represent the owner towards the trade contractors: we split the works into packages, write the specifications, compare like-for-like bids, recommend the award and coordinate all contractors on site.
