The engineering company, a specialist in the design of high-quality industrial buildings, has a stand where it presents all its latest developments and services for the logistics sector, focusing on sustainability and the well-being of people within the buildings.
Parets del Vallès, June 5, 2024.- For the fifth consecutive year, Nadico, the engineering firm specialized in the design of Industrial Buildings, will be present at the International Logistics Exhibition. During this event, those who visit its stand will be able to learn first-hand about the comprehensive range of services and solutions that this company offers in the logistics sector.
From consultancy to design and up to the delivery of “Turnkey” projects, Nadico is a pioneer in Spain thanks to its design of multi-level logistics buildings, being the first national company to design this type of facility.
Another of the great strengths of this engineering firm is the design of unique buildings. With refined and avant-garde architecture, the company has transformed the appearance of industrial estates where its designs have been implemented, without losing sight of two of the principles they call Nadico’s DNA: quality and energy efficiency. This approach has earned the company the Schneider Electric Sustainability Award this year among 400 projects across Spain, thanks to its Drakaris building, a model facility conceived to reduce the carbon footprint by 99%.
Likewise, in the field of sustainability, as part of its DNA, Nadico offers BREEAM® and WELL certifications. The BREEAM® certification (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology) is the most advanced and leading global method for assessing and certifying sustainability in construction. On the other hand, the WELL certification certifies people’s well-being in buildings.
For Jordi Codina, CEO of Nadico, “SIL is an unmissable event on the Logistics sector’s agenda, where we mostly carry out projects that contribute to making the logistics sector more efficient and sustainable, with avant-garde solutions, caring for every detail down to the millimeter, and with a clear vision of excellence. This is our commitment.”
Nadico can be found at stand F634.
