About this project
Granollers I is a logistics platform serving the retail sector: 11,645 m² built on a 14,385 m² plot, with 10,017 m² of warehouse at ground level and 1,541 m² of offices on the first floor. Retail distribution means high turnover and sharp activity peaks, so the manoeuvring yard, the docks and the fire compartmentation were sized so they would not become a bottleneck at peak season.
Our role in this project
At Granollers I Nadico took on basic design, detailed design, construction supervision, health and safety coordination, quality control, building services design, building services supervision and BREEAM certification. It is part of our work in the logistics and storage sector.
