About this project
With Molins, Nadico designed Spain’s first multi-storey logistics building. Two 14,170 m² platforms were built on a 32,464 m² plot, each with a 13,820 m² ground floor and 350 m² of offices. Until then Spanish logistics was resolved on a single level; a multi-storey scheme doubles the usable floor area without taking more land and brings distribution closer to the city, which is exactly what last-mile delivery was asking for. Being first meant agreeing solutions with the authorities that had no precedent in the Spanish market.
Our role in this project
At Molins Nadico took on basic design, detailed design, construction supervision, health and safety coordination, quality control, building services design and building services supervision. It is part of our work in the logistics and storage sector.
