At Nadico, we firmly believe in the value of people based on their capabilities, talent, professional commitment, and job performance focused on the company’s objectives, always grounded in teamwork and collaboration. Our philosophy of diversity and equity is based on the conviction that developing a diverse and competent workforce strengthens our company and drives us toward excellence.
As part of this commitment, at Nadico we do not make any distinction based on gender, age, or origin. Whenever possible, we apply positive action measures in our recruitment processes to ensure that everyone has equal opportunities for professional and personal development and growth. We focus solely on each individual’s ability to perform their work efficiently, responsibly, and professionally.
Our diversity policy is reflected in:
Recruitment and promotion processes based on merit, ensuring equal opportunities for all employees and candidates.
A respectful and inclusive work environment, where each person is valued for their performance and contributions to the organization.
Training and professional development programs that foster the growth of all our employees.
Benefits beyond legal requirements, with flexibility especially for employees with family responsibilities, such as young children or elderly parents, or in specific situations, allowing remote work or flexible working hours.
Zero tolerance for discrimination and unequal treatment, ensuring that any situation that violates these principles is addressed immediately and effectively.
We are convinced that diversity not only enriches our work environment but also enables us to innovate, better adapt to challenges, and deliver the best results to our clients and partners.
Gender Equity Evolution
In terms of gender equity, our workforce has not shown positive progress. In 2023, at our Parets offices, women represented nearly 35% (57 men and 30 women). Currently, we have 68% men and 32% women (82 men and 38 women). We will continue working toward greater diversity and gender balance within our organization.
Age Evolution
At Nadico, we have a multigenerational team, with professionals of all ages, where we promote both young talent and the value of experience.
Although the proportion of young talent has decreased, we will continue to invest in growing in this area.
At the same time, we are strengthening our team of professionals aged between 45 and 65, who currently represent 60% of the total workforce (71 people), reflecting our recognition of experience and career trajectory.
We strive to achieve a generational balance that allows us to grow through diversity, innovation, and knowledge, ensuring an inclusive environment free from age discrimination.
Country of Origin Evolution
At Nadico, we understand that diversity of origins fosters creativity, innovation, and mutual respect. Therefore, we value and promote cultural diversity as a strength that enriches our work environment.
We have professionals from 13 nationalities and remain open to further enriching our team with people from diverse backgrounds.
Disability Evolution
At present, we do not have any employees with disabilities, but we believe this is not a limitation to contributing talent and professionalism to our team.
Objectives 2026
Among the objectives Nadico has set for 2026 are:
